Project management is a process by which a group of people plan and organize to achieve a specific project towards reaching a particular goal, generally a planned outcome.

Follow through
Once the project is completed, it is time for follow up. This repetitive and widespread process continues until organization standards or standards accepted in other similar situations.

Organizations must require the standardization of events be structured and organized. Some groups feel themselves to have all the time in the work schedule whereas others may require that time control the latest turn in order to create work class scheduling.
